$7.00 per request for GRU or Georgia Regents Health System
$15.00 per request for non-GRU health professionals, individuals (including Loansome Doc)
$25.00 per request for corporations, law firms and other businesses (including Loansome Doc)
$5.00 surcharge (per request) for RUSH service
